Starting Care, Made Simple
1
Free Consultation
Every family starts with a no-pressure conversation. During your free consultation, we take time to listen and understand your loved one’s needs, personality, and daily routines. This helps us recommend the type of support that feels like the best fit for your family.
2
In-Person Assessment
Next, we meet you and your loved one in person to create a customized care plan. This visit helps us see the home environment, discuss schedules, and learn about preferences such as communication style, meal choices, or hobbies. Our goal is to design care that feels familiar and comfortable right from the start.
3
Caregiver Match
We carefully match each client with a caregiver who fits their personality, care needs, and schedule. Once care begins, our coordination team stays in touch to ensure everything runs smoothly and that families feel supported every step of the way.

Meet The Co-Founders
We take a hands-on approach to ensure the best care for our clients. We personally meet with each client and conduct interviews with our caregivers, carefully matching them to the specific needs and preferences of our clients.
With us, there's no room for guessing, assuming, or worrying, as we are deeply involved in every aspect of the care process.

Mobility assistance and safety supervision
Accompaniment to appointments and outings

What is the process to get started?
The steps are simple, and we make getting care started as stress-free as possible. The first step is to text or call 289-778-4790 and directly speak with Mikaela or Spencer, the Co-owners. After getting an idea of your needs, a care manager will meet your loved one, begin drafting a care plan specific to their care needs, and get an idea of the caregiver who will be the perfect fit! The care manager will finalize a schedule, introduce the chosen caregiver to your loved one, and ensure that they are a fantastic fit.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve seniors and families in Hamilton and Dundas, including areas such as Westdale, Ancaster, Stoney Creek, East Mountain, and Downtown Hamilton.
We also support clients in Burlington, including areas such as Aldershot, Millcroft, and Downtown Burlington, as well as surrounding communities. Our team provides care both in private homes and within retirement and long-term care settings, allowing us to support clients wherever they feel most comfortable.
Are you hiring?
We are always searching for a compassionate caregiver to care for our clients living at home or in care facilities. The ideal candidate will be caring and dependable, with excellent communication skills. Individuals must be residing in the areas we serve with reliable transportation.
